Cookie Policy

1. The three categories

When you first visit, we ask which of these you allow. Essential storage is needed for NomiPay to work, so it can't be switched off.

• Essential (always on): keeps you signed in, your wallet connected for the session, your booking in progress, and your chats, tickets and profile.
• Preferences (optional): remembers layout and settings across visits, such as your notification switches. Without it, these reset when you close the tab.
• Analytics (optional, off by default): anonymous usage statistics to improve NomiPay. We don't collect any analytics yet; if we add it, it will only run with this switched on.

2. What is stored

NomiPay uses one cookie and your browser's local and session storage:

• nomi_consent (cookie, 6 months): your cookie choices, so we don't ask on every visit.
• Wallet connection and booking in progress (session storage): cleared when the tab closes.
• Profile, chats with Nomi and tickets (local storage): kept until you clear them in Settings.
• Sidebar layout and notification settings (local storage, Preferences only).

3. Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no to analytics, whatever else you choose.

4. Third parties

Wallet extensions such as Varial, and sites you open from NomiPay (Stellar Expert, Circle's faucet), set their own cookies under their own policies.

5. Changing your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer, the Cookie settings row in Settings, or the button below. Turning Preferences off removes the preferences we stored. You can also clear site data in your browser to remove everything, which signs you out and clears drafts, chats and tickets.
