Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use NomiPay, this can include:

• your name and email, from your account and profile;
• passenger details you enter to book, such as date of birth and travel document details;
• your conversations with Nomi and the trip details in them;
• your public wallet address, payment amounts, memos and transaction hashes.

2. How we use it

To answer your requests, prepare bookings, match payments to bookings, issue tickets and vouchers, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Where it's kept

In this version, your profile, settings, chats, booking drafts and tickets are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing them in Settings, or clearing your browser data, deletes them.

When you chat with Nomi, your messages are sent to our server to generate a reply. If the assistant is powered by Google Gemini, the conversation is processed by Google under its terms.

4. Payments are public

Stellar is a public network. Your wallet address, the amount, the memo and the time of each payment are visible to anyone and can't be deleted. Avoid putting personal information in anything that goes on-chain.

5. What we never collect

Your wallet's secret key or recovery phrase. NomiPay never asks for them; your wallet signs payments on your device.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile and clear your chats and tickets in Settings at any time. Once accounts are stored on our servers, you'll be able to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

7. Children

NomiPay is for adults. Children can be added as travellers on a booking made by an adult.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy as NomiPay changes, and change the date at the top when we do.
